Cesar L. Wee, Jr. is the founder and CEO of Wee Community Developers, Inc.
He is the son of Lee Hiong Wee, the Philippine Ambassador to Indonesia, and Rosalind L. Wee, a Philanthropist and Red Cross Governor.
Cesar, a graduate of Xavier School and the Ateneo De Manila University, has been in the real estate industry since 1998. Started as a Marketing Manager at family-owned First Marcel Properties, and he eventually handled several roles such as General Manager and Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
In 2002, Cesar left the family business to be mentored under the wing of Gerry C. Choa of Property Company of Friends, Inc.—one the biggest real estate developers in the Philippines. He co-developed and conceptualized more than 12 residential projects including the Lancaster New City, a 2000-hectare mega city in Cavite.
Cesar is also a Director in the Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines, Urban Land Institute, and Junior Chamber International Philippines San Juan.
In 2007, Cesar spearheaded their family-owned W Group’s foray into Bonifacio Global City with their first and only residential project—the W Tower. Eventually, W Group focused primarily on developing commercial and office buildings which house many prominent global companies with landmark projects such as W 5th Avenue, W Global, W City Centre, W Office, and the Citibank Plaza.
From then, Wee Comm grew exponentially and started to venture into key areas in the Philippines such as Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Fairview, Davao, Iloilo, and Cagayan De Oro. From having only one employee in 2008, Wee Comm now has a dynamic and collaborative family of more than 350 employees and counting.
Annually, Wee Comm averages around Php 8 to Php 10 billion in reserved sales by providing Beyond Ordinary homes to all its clients. Cesar credits its enormous growth to the company’s mentorship program where he mentors joint venture partners who help him make sure projects are always unique and delivered on time.
Cesar often talks about working smart, mentoring, and real estate entrepreneurship. He was also featured as an investor judge in CNN’s The Final Pitch Season 5.
Wee Comm continues to reach great heights. In 2020, they won nine major awards in the Philippine Property Awards—the most by any developer that year, which includes Best Breakthrough Developer, Best Housing Developer for Visayas and Mindanao, and Best Affordable Condominium project in Metro Manila.

Mr. Carson Choa takes on the pivotal role of Captain as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Wee Community Developers, Inc., steering the company through its rapid expansion across key regions in the Philippines.
With a firm grasp on both operations and strategy, Sir Carson utilizes his exceptional leadership skills and sharp business acumen to drive the company’s vision forward.
His ability to stay deeply involved — from high-level planning to cross-departmental meetings — reflects his hands-on leadership style and unwavering commitment to excellence. Grounded in the company’s Beyond Ordinary™ philosophy, he consistently pushes boundaries, encourages innovation, and ensures that each project upholds the standards that define the Wee Comm brand.
More than just managing growth, he has built a legacy centered around people — empowering teams, nurturing talent, and fostering a culture of integrity and ambition. His influence continues to inspire the entire organization to reach higher, deliver more, and always aim for the gold.
Mr. Carvin Choa is the Vice President for Finance of Wee Community Developers, Inc., and the Area Head of Iloilo. He leads with an inspired and artistic perspective, full of joy and compassion for the people under his charge. This is balanced with his ability to lead with fueled resolve and direction–putting visionary ideas into action and innovating with every project.
Ar. Carter Choa is the Vice President for Architecture and Engineering of Wee Community Developers, Inc. and the Area Head of CDO. As an intellectual and analytical leader, he leads with calculated precision to achieve the best results. He charges each project with tenacity and determination, working twice as hard with the people he leads.
Mr. Carlo Choa is the Vice President for Sales of Wee Community Developers, Inc. and the Area Head and Area Sales Head of Davao. He is a consistent and reliable leader–keeping his team stable and assured through whatever challenge they may face. His calm confidence as a leader reflects on his team’s abilities and potential.
